Integrate new brand by December 31, 2011.

Responsible: Marketing Committee

Tasks:

  • Develop one page marketing plan
  • Decide on new name, logo and look
  • Determine best communications vehicles (web page, enewsletters, listserve)

 

Increase dues paying members to 75; increase attendance at forums to 100 participants by December 31, 2011. 

Responsible: Membership Committee

Tasks:

  • Determine new membership structure (categories, benefits, fees, policies, recognition)
  • Develop recruiting plan
  • Develop retention plan

 

Convene four annual professional development forums in conjunction with quarterly business meetings. 

Responsible: Program Committee

Tasks:      

  • Develop professional development plan
  • Coordinate logistics

 

Develop and implement an advanced Florida Volunteer Management training program, with a minimum of three, 2-hour modules, by December 31, 2011.

Responsible: Program Committee

Tasks:

  • Convene a workgroup
  • Determine scope
  • Develop implementation plan
  • Develop curriculum

 

Generate $25,000 in gross revenue in FY 2011.

Responsible: Finance Committee

Tasks:

  • Develop structure for measuring, reporting, managing and auditing finances
  • Develop resource development plan (dues, grants, fees for service, awards, special events, training, sponsorships, and contributions)
